We are proud of the diversity and quality of our production. Our focus is on quality in the field through soil health and nutrition but our secret is post harvesting handling and harvesting to order. We ensure you have a high quality product by cleaning, packing and cooling our crops appropriately so you have a better product to use in your business.
We traditionally start our wholesale operation in the early spring, normally in April. Every week we release our availability on Saturday for the upcoming week. In our email communication to our clients we share what is ready to harvest with case packs and prices. Plus we are always looking forward to share with you what we have coming up in the fields. We want to help your menu planning as the season rolls along. Our deliveries go out on Tuesdays and Fridays.
